Mr. Nguyen Duc Tran (born in 1983, in Thong Kenh commune, Gia Loc district, Hai Duong province) graduated with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and manufacturing. In 2018, Mr. Tran started working at Camex Vietnam Co., Ltd. (located in Ninh Giang district, Hai Duong province). The company specializes in the production of precision spring, stamping details and mechanical products. At first, he was assigned to the mold processing team.
During the production process, Mr. Tran always had many initiatives and technical improvements in creative labor, contributing significantly to the production and business process of the enterprise. Noticing that there are many shortcomings in CNC's mold support system, complex mold models often have errors due to unstable and inaccurate old presses; replacement of clams is mainly done by hand, requiring a lot of time and effort...
Faced with the above situation, Mr. Tran learned knowledge on the internet and experience from friends and colleagues, then created a cylinder headgear model with many outstanding features compared to the old model. After having the idea, he proposed it to the company's board of directors to facilitate implementation.
With the company's support, Mr. Tran used a computer, CNC machines and available materials at the workplace to produce new plastic records. In two weeks, he completed the gas cylinder clip model with many outstanding features compared to the old model.
According to Mr. Tran, this product works completely automatically through a cylinder system. Thanks to the gas pressure, the fixing of samples on the collar is more secure and stable during the process. The product is almost gone. The clip model has also been changed to be able to be used for many different items.
Always try to work hard
Since starting working at the mold processing team, Mr. Tran has always worked his best and tried to find solutions to bring the highest work efficiency. He is always concerned, thinking about many new initiatives, many ideas to improve techniques, improve labor productivity and reduce time and human resources.
"Thanks to the encouragement and enthusiastic support of the company's leadership, I have many advantages to research and create. Since the use of the gas cylinder clip model, our work has become much moresive. Fortunately, my ideas are supported by the company, thanks to which I can create effective initiatives to apply in practice, said Mr. Tran.
Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh - Director of Camex Vietnam Co., Ltd. - said that Mr. Nguyen Duc Tran's new initiatives help the company save hundreds of millions of VND each year. With a high sense of responsibility at work, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tran is always loved by his colleagues. He always overcomes difficulties, is proactive, creative, and flexible to excellently complete assigned tasks.
At the end of 2018, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tran was assigned by the company to be the Head of the mold Processing Team due to his many positive contributions. With his passion for creativity, Mr. Tran proposes at least one initiative and is recognized and rewarded by the company almost every year. In 2023, he continued to innovate some types of air clutch models to serve new orders. In 2024, Mr. Tran was awarded a certificate of merit by the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation for his outstanding achievements in the movement of research, application of science and technology, and promotion of labor productivity.
