The Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority also requires investors to fully equip themselves with fire prevention and fighting equipment. Build fire prevention and fighting and rescue teams at the facility. Proactively inspect and remind departments at construction sites and in enterprises to do well in ensuring labor safety, fire and explosion prevention, especially in the dry season.
For factories outside industrial parks, units under the Fire and Rescue Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police are coordinating with localities to promote the work of reviewing and ensuring fire prevention and fighting infrastructure. At the same time, propagate to businesses and proactively implement laws on fire prevention and fighting.

The company also improves the quality of lunch meals to ensure nutrition for workers.
The company also opened an additional sports play area and seating for workers to rest after meals. Thereby, creating a cooler space for workers to regain their health and return to work.
And at Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Di An ward, Ho Chi Minh City), the enterprise has invested in completing a mid-shift rest area for workers. The project has a sunroof. Below is a wooden table system, with seating cushions and fans. When workers take a mid-shift rest, they can go to this area to drink water and rest.
At Shyang Hung Cheng Co., Ltd. (An Thanh ward), the company's grassroots trade union organized health check-ups for about 350 workers, thereby directly contributing to taking care of the health of union members. In addition, donated more milk to supplement nutrition for workers to improve their health in the hot season.
