Mr. Ngo Van Khoi and Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen both work at Hoa Tho Garment Factory - Quang Ngai (Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Corporation). Mr. Khoi is an employee pushing finished products. Ms. Huyen is a computer programmer.
In the process of working, Mr. Khoi is always active and receptive, so he has many improvement initiatives. One of them is to improve 2-story pushing tools and equipment to push more goods, reducing the number of trips. And Mr. Khoi's wife, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen, also achieved titles such as Excellent Laborer in 2024, Excellent Union Member in 2023, Two Good Women in 2022. Ms. Huyen's secret to achieving these titles is very simple. It is just to always well implement the regulations and rules of the Factory; always try to complete the assigned work in a spirit of progress. Ms. Huyen also fully participates in activities organized by the Factory and the Trade Union in the spirit of solidarity, together building the Factory to become stronger and stronger. What is precious about Ms. Huyen is also the spirit of helping colleagues in both life and work.
With their working style, discipline in work and sharing in life, Mr. Khoi and Ms. Huyen became bright examples for their two children to follow. The eldest daughter named Ngo Thi Ai Huy achieved excellent student status for 3 consecutive years at the high school level, and was commended by the Vietnam Textile and Garment Union. In university, Ngo Thi Ai Huy achieved the title of excellent student in the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 academic years. Ngo Thi Ai Huy's younger brother, Ngo Nguyen Huy Thai, studied at Truong Quang Trong Primary School No. 2, and achieved excellent student status for 3 consecutive years...
The greatest happiness of Mr. Khoi and Ms. Huyen is that their two children study well, know how to listen, and love each other. They are a bright example for their children in life.
