On February 27, VinFast Ha Tinh Electric Car Factory coordinated with Ha Tinh Provincial Employment Service Center to organize labor recruitment.
Currently, VinFast Ha Tinh Electric Car Factory (located in Vung Ang Economic Zone) has a recruitment demand of 3,000 workers, with income from 12 - 18 million VND/person/month for worker positions.
Nearly 1,000 candidates participated in the recruitment. The recruitment positions include: paint workers, paint painters; welding, mechanical, mold repair workers; general manufacturing and assembly workers; logistics workers (warehouse operations, lift drivers); quality workers; team leaders, technicians, engineers, specialists.
Participating in the application, candidates must go through 3 parts of the exam: theory test, physical fitness test and direct interview.
Employees working at enterprises have attractive incomes from 12 to 18 million VND/person/month for worker positions; for positions of engineer, technician, team leader, specialist, the salary level is negotiated when recruitment interviews.
Mr. Nguyen Van Nam - Production Human Resources Director of VinFast Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, Ha Tinh branch - said that currently, the company is in need of recruiting 3,000 workers.
Also according to Mr. Nam, according to the plan, from now until the end of 2026, the company needs to recruit about 8,000 more workers. Accordingly, on average each month, the company will recruit from 700 - 1,000 workers.
According to information from the Ha Tinh Employment Service Center, at the beginning of 2026, there are 101 businesses in Ha Tinh province with recruitment needs of nearly 8,300 workers. Of which, university-educated workers need 316 people; intermediate and college-educated workers 1,472 people; general workers account for a large number with 6,488 people.
