The worker - party member passionate about scientific research

As a worker at the welding workshop of Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (in Gian Khau Industrial Park, Ninh Binh), Mr. Bui Van Thinh has many initiatives and technical improvements, which benefit the company hundreds of millions of VND each year. His initiatives are recognized and highly appreciated by the company's leaders and are applied to the company's daily production.

Typical initiatives include "Designing and installing a Tigon system to assist in tire arch compression", which benefits the company nearly 180 million VND/year; the initiative "Processing and installing additional rotating shafts for the glue pump line on the HR vehicle line, rearranging the glue pump line on the line structure" and the initiative "Processing and installing additional lifting and lowering work platforms for the main compartment station of the HR vehicle" which have saved material costs for the company and reduced the labor of workers when performing the work.

Mr. Thinh shared that working in a heavy industrial production environment, proposing innovative ideas and initiatives to reduce labor, save costs and save time is very important. However, during the production process, most workers are afraid to write or do not know how to express their ideas.

"From my personal experience, I have researched and always tried to encourage and actively support my colleagues to come up with their ideas for improvement and guide them on how to apply those ideas in practice to improve labor productivity and save costs for the company," Mr. Thinh shared.

During his time working and training at the company, Mr. Thinh was honored to be introduced by the company's Union Executive Committee, reported to the Party cell, trained and admitted to the Party on December 30, 2015.

As a party member in the enterprise, despite limited time, he always consciously arranges his work scientifically, fully participates in Party activities, thematic activities, and pays party fees in full. Actively works with the Executive Committee to care for and introduce outstanding union members for the Party cell to consider, train, and admit to the Party, contributing to the successful completion of party development work in the enterprise.
