Long Hoa Social Insurance (Tay Ninh province) has just coordinated with the Post Office and Loc Phat Commercial Joint Stock Bank to organize propaganda and mobilize people to receive pensions and social insurance benefits through personal ATM accounts.
According to Long Hoa Social Insurance, cashless payments bring many practical benefits such as: saving time, limiting the risk of losing and losing cash, contributing to preventing negativity, and at the same time being in line with the digital transformation policy in the field of social security. People who receive pensions via ATM cards are also supported with free support to open accounts, issue cards, register for electronic banking services and enjoy interest on unused balances.
At the payment points, social insurance officers directly explained, guided the procedures and recorded many cases of agreement to switch to receiving via account.
Currently, there are 7,299 people in the area receiving monthly pensions and social insurance benefits with a total payment of over 56 billion VND. To date, the rate of recipients through bank accounts has reached more than 74%.
Long Hoa Social Insurance said it will continue to coordinate with the Post Office, banks and related sectors to promote propaganda and encourage people to choose the form of receiving money via ATM card, contributing to ensuring safety, transparency and improving the effectiveness of social security payments in the area.
