This is information at the Workshop "AI in the future of work, challenges and opportunities" organized by Anphabe Joint Stock Company (Anphabe) on April 2.
Ms. Dieu Hoang Tu Uyen - Director of Human Resources Research & Consulting of Anphabe - said that in Vietnam, only 32% of businesses have deployed and applied multimedia AI.
In which, the highest application priority order belongs to the following working groups: 41.6% customer care & consulting; 35.8% product design; 26.3% personalized marketing.
Regarding the application of AI in business offices/offices, the highest priority for application belongs to the following units: 43.0% information technology (IT); 36.8% design/creation; 32.5% marketing/ market share.
In general, workers are faster entering the AI application game to support work, with 36% of workers occasionally using AI in work and 20% of workers using it more often. Among workers who use AI in their work, up to 77% of workers use it daily and weekly, said Ms. Tu Uyen.

Anphabe provides data showing that in 2024, 56% of workers have been exposed to and applied technology and AI in their work; 77% of workers have used technology and AI in their work every week. Only 24% of them are completely unaware or do not use AI in their work or daily activities.
With the application of AI in work, workers are currently having a relatively positive perspective on AI applications. Accordingly, nearly 77% of workers feel that AI is helping them save time and hope that AI can support them more in their work.
Notably, workers are very proactive in using AI and always strive and explore to make the use most effective. Accordingly, when AI is required to "help" without giving the desired results, the rate of workers who will retake the test accounts for 65.6%; the number of people researching more effective ways to "set the test" when working with AI accounts for 55.7%; the number of people researching and testing different ways to apply AI accounts for 48.9%.
