From 2023 to June 2025, Garment Corporation 10 - JSC has newly recruited about 3,955 workers, mainly technical workers in cutting and sewing. 100% of employees have labor contracts, of which 88.4% are indefinite-term contracts.
Every year, the corporation organizes 100% of group-level labor conferences at units and congresses of representatives at the corporation level, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 145/2020/ND-CP.
At the conference, employees were publicly reported on production and business results, income distribution plans, emulation and reward regulations, and contents related to the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of employees. The development and implementation of grassroots democracy regulations is specified through internal regulations of the corporation, which clearly state the contents of employees' knowledge and ability to participate in giving opinions. In particular, the Collective Labor Agreement of the Corporation was developed with the active participation of the Union and employees, negotiated publicly, democratically and registered with the state management agency. The content of the Agreement has many provisions higher than the provisions of law such as birthday gifts, gifts, and sudden difficulties; children of employees who are good students; annual vacation policies; support for pregnant women, raising young children, etc.
The Corporation always identifies salary, income and reward policies as key factors to improve the lives of employees, create motivation for attachment and promote internal strength throughout the system. Income payment is made publicly and transparently, based on labor productivity, job position and work efficiency, ensuring fairness among subjects.
The salary scale system is built on the basis of job positions, with reference to the labor market of the Textile and Garment industry and is periodically reviewed and updated. The Regulations on salary payment and bonus payment are issued publicly, with the participation of the Trade Union organization in contributing opinions. Employees are paid full annual leave before taking leave according to regulations, ensuring the right to rest and restore their labor force.
Along with basic salary, employees are entitled to full allowances and support such as support for boarding houses of 350,000 VND/person/month; free dormitories for workers living far away, support for fuel costs of 260,000 VND/person/month; support for fire prevention and fighting of 350,000 VND/person/person/month; full allowance of 520,000 VND/person/month; support for shift meals with quality meals, nutrition; support for raising children for female workers, birthday allowances, anniversaries, sick leave, maternity...
These support packages are paid periodically or when arising, contributing significantly to improving the income and life of employees.
