The report at the conference said that in 2025, the General Confederation Guesthouse - Ho Chi Minh City Branch organized and served 15 training conferences of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, serving 136 turns of officials of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour on business trips, with a total of 182 days of stay.
The number of trade union members staying at the General Confederation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch Guesthouse reached 1,255 people and was implemented by the General Confederation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch to reduce welfare prices for trade union members with a total amount of more than 173 million VND, making a practical contribution to the work of caring for the rights of union members.
Regarding business operations, in 2025, after the new building officially opened in April, the Business Department proactively implemented synchronous communication solutions, built flexible product packages and price policies, focusing on optimizing room capacity and revenue efficiency. Thanks to that, the number of guests staying and attending conferences increased rapidly, with revenue estimated to increase by about 70% - 80% compared to the same period in 2024.
As of the end of December 2025, the Business Department has participated in serving about 65 conferences and seminars, with over 46,000 overnight stays, reaching over 86,000 overnight stays. Total revenue by the end of the year reached 24.84 billion VND, exceeding the plan by 16.8% and increasing by 76.9% compared to 2024, of which room revenue accounted for about 88%, conferences - seminars about 7%, and other services about 5%, creating a solid foundation for completing and exceeding the year's targets, and at the same time building a basis for developing the development plan for 2026.
The reception department served 46,877 overnight guests, of which domestic guests were 39,970, international guests were 6,907; the total number of overnight guests reached 89,205 nights.
Total revenue in 2025 of the General Confederation Guesthouse - Ho Chi Minh City Branch is estimated at more than 50 billion VND, profit of more than 14 billion VND, including asset depreciation.
