On July 27, Mr. Nguyen Cong Hai - Director of the General Confederation Guest House, Ho Chi Minh City branch - said that the General Confederation Guest House, Ho Chi Minh City branch donated 50 million VND to contribute to the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation to award 300 Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships (worth 1 million VND/scholarship) to the city in 2025 and take care of female workers in difficult circumstances held on the same morning.
The General Confederation of Labor and the Ho Chi Minh City branch also mobilized the Board of Directors of the Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (Casumina) to support 350 million VND, including 150 gifts (worth 1 million VND/gift) and 200 million VND to contribute to the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation to award the Nguyen Duc Canh scholarship at the city level in 2025 and take care of female workers in difficult circumstances.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khoat - General Director of Casumina - said that the Nguyen Duc Canh scholarship program is a humane program, aiming to help students who are children of workers directly involved in production, union members in difficult circumstances, strive to overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies.
Accompanying the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union to care for children of union members and workers and support female workers in difficult circumstances will give workers and their children more confidence and motivation to overcome difficulties, strive to study, and move forward for a brighter future.
