Signing collective labor agreements with many clauses for female workers

Shing Mark Vina Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien commune, Dong Nai city) is an FDI enterprise specializing in producing interior equipment with more than 3,900 workers. Among them, up to 50% are female workers and hundreds of people raising children under 6 years old.
Mr. Vu Hoang Mong Cuong - Chairman of the company's grassroots trade union - said that the company regularly implements well policies for female workers in accordance with the law. However, the Executive Committee of the company's grassroots trade union found that there are still some contents that do not meet the wishes of union members and workers, so it has dialogued and proposed additional support to the company's Board of Directors.
Currently, the latest signed Collective Labor Agreement has added many clauses such as: Increased attendance allowance, bonuses for employees completing targets along with many old clauses that continue to apply such as: Giving gifts on the occasion of major holidays, lunch allowance, gasoline allowance, travel allowance, housing allowance, allowance for children under 6 years old, monthly attendance allowance, salary bonus of month 13 for employees...
According to Mr. Cuong, the Trade Union has focused on negotiating many clauses for female workers and has been approved and applied by the Company's Board of Directors such as: Organizing periodic gynecological examinations for female workers once a year and health care advice for female workers, screening for dangerous diseases; supporting female workers to give birth with 1 million VND/person; arranging separate parking areas for pregnant workers and those raising young children; improving lunch meals for pregnant women and those raising children under 12 months old.
Female workers who have expired their contracts but are pregnant or raising young children are prioritized to enter into new contracts.
The benefit value of employees is about 1,500 billion VND per year.
And at TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City), there are about 34,000 workers. Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the Company's grassroots Trade Union - said: The most recent collective labor agreement was signed in December 2025. In addition to the 44 clauses signed earlier, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union has successfully negotiated some additional contents that bring practical benefits to employees. Through the signing of collective labor agreements, the benefit value of employees at the company is about 1,500 billion VND per year.
According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Dai, Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks - Dong Nai City Labor Federation, in the past time, the City Labor Federation has regularly organized training on skills for trade union officials in negotiation and signing collective labor agreements with many clauses that are more beneficial to union members and workers than the law stipulates.
According to the Dong Nai City Labor Federation, in the first 6 months of 2026, trade union levels in the city have newly signed 16 collective labor agreements and re-signed, amended and supplemented 13 agreements, raising the total number of existing agreements in the whole city to 1,784 agreements/2,178 grassroots trade unions of enterprises in the city eligible to sign, reaching a rate of 81.9%.
