Dialogue to listen and resolve promptly
Regina Miracle International Vietnam Co., Ltd. currently has more than 26,000 employees, of which female workers are the core force, accounting for 2/3 of the total labor force. Not only directly participating in production, many female union members also hold important management, technical and professional positions.
In addition to work, women also take on the natural duties of being wives, mothers, taking care of families and children. Therefore, building an equal, safe, and humane working environment; while ensuring special rights for female workers is not only a requirement of the law but also a decisive factor in the stability of human resources and the sustainable development of the enterprise" - Mr. Vu Dinh Phi - Chairman of the company's Trade Union said.
Identifying dialogue as a bridge between workers and businesses, the trade union maintains periodic dialogues (2 times a month) and thematic dialogues, regularly summarizing opinions, thoughts, and aspirations of female workers to reflect to the business leadership. The issues of most concern focus on salaries, income, working hours, maternity benefits, childcare, quality of meals, working conditions, health care, prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace and policies to support female union members in difficult circumstances.
Maintaining regular dialogue has helped many recommendations to be resolved right from the grassroots level, limiting the occurrence of labor disputes, creating consensus between employers and employees, and contributing to building a stable and friendly working environment.

Policy negotiations are more beneficial for workers
Along with organizing periodic and unscheduled dialogues to solve workers' problems, the trade union negotiates and successfully signs collective labor agreements, including a chapter for female workers such as supporting pregnant women and raising young children; organizing periodic health check-ups and in-depth examinations; improving the quality of meals; giving gifts on March 8th and October 20th occasions. Along with that is the policy of supporting female union members in difficult circumstances; arranging jobs suitable to the health condition of female workers, helping women feel secure in working and sticking together for a long time.
In parallel with that, the trade union also coordinates with businesses to organize many activities to care for the material and spiritual life of female workers such as propaganda on labor laws, gender equality, social insurance; skills training, capacity building; organizing activities on International Women's Day March 8, Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, cooking and flower arrangement contests, health care programs and support for female union members in difficult circumstances. Participating in the 2026 artistic flower arrangement contest organized by the Trade Union, Ms. Vu Thi Hang excitedly said: "Along with specific regimes and policies for female workers, the company creates a useful playground for workers to relax their spirits after stressful working hours, to connect with each other, and to confidently show their talents".
From the reality at the enterprise, representatives of the company's Trade Union said that in order to continue to improve the effectiveness of protecting the rights of female workers, the unit determines to strengthen the quality of dialogue in a substantive direction, organize many thematic dialogues specifically for female workers; train collective dialogue and negotiation skills for trade union officials.
Along with that, it is necessary to strengthen coordination between trade union organizations, businesses and upper-level trade unions in inspecting and supervising the implementation of regimes and policies for female workers to promptly remove difficulties right from the grassroots level. Thereby, better ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of female workers, contributing to helping businesses stabilize human resources, improve labor productivity, and build harmonious, progressive and sustainable labor relations.
