Production flourishes, recruitment is bustling
After the Tet holiday, many businesses record increased orders and need to add labor to keep up with production progress. Grassroots trade unions proactively coordinate to grasp needs and support recruitment information.
Mr. Le Duy Khuong - General Director of Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Investment and Production Joint Stock Company (Tra Cu commune, Vinh Long province) said that this year's orders increased by nearly 20%, and the enterprise plans to recruit more than 500 workers.
According to Mr. Khuong, early recruitment helps the company be proactive in human resources, limiting production interruptions. "We need to add labor at many stages to ensure delivery progress," Mr. Khuong said.

According to Mr. Khuong, in addition to direct recruitment announcements, businesses encourage working workers to introduce new workers. "People who successfully introduce and work for a full month will receive encouragement gifts," Mr. Khuong said.
He added that this policy helps the company access a stable source of labor, while creating internal cohesion and supporting effective recruitment in a short time.
Meanwhile, Ms. Lam Thi Ngoc Ha - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Ty Bach Co., Ltd. - said that orders in the first 6 months of 2026 increased by more than 10%, and the enterprise plans to recruit 400 - 500 workers.
According to Ms. Ha, the company promotes posting recruitment information on Facebook and Zalo pages to reach candidates widely. "Using social networks helps spread information quickly and save costs," she said.
Strengthen linkages, coordination
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation - said that recruitment demand at the beginning of the year is usually high.
According to Mr. Linh, trade union levels have proactively linked with businesses, job introduction centers and local authorities to provide recruitment information widely to workers.
The Trade Union not only supports businesses in finding workers but also advises and guides workers on rights, contracts, and insurance regimes to limit risks arising," Mr. Linh added.

Close coordination between Trade Unions and businesses contributes to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations right from the beginning of the year.
According to Mr. Linh, when the labor market becomes vibrant again, the connecting role of the Trade Union becomes clearer. "We determine that accompanying businesses is also sustainable care for workers," he emphasized.
Proactive coordination in recruitment at the beginning of the year helps businesses quickly stabilize production, while opening up more job opportunities, creating motivation for workers to stick with them for a long time.
