According to the plan from the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation, from February 23 - 27, the unit will continue to monitor and grasp the situation of workers to promptly report to the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; and at the same time implement the reporting regime in accordance with regulations to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
During the week, the Provincial Labor Federation focused on completing the dossier to submit to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for the thematic award "Good at work - Good at home" and Culture and Sports in 2025, in order to recognize and commend collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement and trade union movement activities.
At the same time, the unit continues to direct grassroots trade unions to deploy key tasks of women's work in 2026; promote the emulation movement "Good at state affairs, good at housework" among female cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in accordance with the new situation. The "Men in the Kitchen" contest among union members and workers in 2026 is also organized according to plan.
Propaganda and mobilization to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions, and grassroots trade unions continue to be concerned; implement the process and procedures for establishing commune and ward trade unions according to regulations.
In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation maintains the operation of the Vinh Long Provincial Trade Union Electronic Information Page, strengthens communication with infographics and propaganda videos; especially promotes propaganda about the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
