On September 17, the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) coordinated with the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund to organize a gift-giving program to support workers and households in difficult circumstances in the province. This is a practical activity, demonstrating the concern and care of the Trade Union organization for the lives of workers and poor people.
Attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province and Ms. Do Thi Huong - Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor. At the gift-giving ceremony, the leaders directly visited, encouraged, and personally presented the gifts to people in difficult circumstances.
That concern and sharing not only brings material support but also creates more spiritual encouragement for households to be more stable in life.

According to the plan, the Provincial Federation of Labor will coordinate with grassroots unions and local authorities to present 600 gifts, each consisting of 8 bottles of Nam Ngu fish sauce - a gift that is simple but practical for daily meals. The support is given promptly, thoughtfully, and to the right beneficiaries.
Specifically, Son Nam ward received 34 quotas, Pho Hien ward 33 quotas, Hung Yen Plastic Joint Stock Company 150 quotas, Hung Yen Urban Environment Company Limited 71 quotas, Van Xuan 212 commune and Thai Binh ward 100 quotas.
In the warm atmosphere, many poor people in Hung Yen province expressed their emotions when receiving gifts. In Pho Hien ward, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bang - a poor household shared: "My family's life is still difficult, my income is unstable, and meals are often lacking.

Although this gift is small, it has great spiritual significance, helping us clearly feel the care and support of the Trade Union organization and the provincial leaders. This is a motivation for us to try to overcome difficulties and believe more in community sharing.
The program has contributed to spreading the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, affirming the role of the Trade Union in accompanying and caring for the lives of union members, workers and people. Through that, workers and poor households have more motivation to rise up in life, continue to be attached to their homeland, work with peace of mind, and produce.
