Dedicated all your efforts, workers can become party members
That is the sharing of Mr. Lai The Phuc - a worker at Chutex International Company Limited (Song Than Industrial Park, Binh Duong). Mr. Phuc said that Chutex Company operates in the garment sector, 100% capital from Singapore, currently has 5,000 workers. The Party Cell was established in 2022, and now has 25 Party members.
I am very happy to be one of 95 outstanding worker party members attending the national congress and congress in Hanoi. This is something I have never thought of, Mr. Phuc shared.
After graduating from high school, he went to Binh Duong to find a job. In the early days, he faced many difficulties before being accepted into the garment line of Chutex Company. Thanks to his continuous efforts, he gradually had a stable job and improved income. Recognizing his sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, the grassroots union introduced him to the executive committee.
In 2020, when Binh Duong policies to develop party members in foreign-invested enterprises, Mr. Phuc was introduced to the Party by the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union. At first, he did not think that a worker far from home like himself could become a party member. However, after the research process, he realized that he only needed to be loyal and enthusiastic to the Fatherland, colleagues and people to have the opportunity to become a Party member.
In 2021, he was officially admitted to the Party, working at the Binh Duong Industrial Parks Trade Union Party Cell.
Clearly recognizing the role of the Party organization in enterprises, he and his colleagues proposed to establish Chutex Company Party Cell. After 3 years, the Party Cell has 25 Party members, most of whom are union officials and key personnel. Mr. Phuc currently holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell.
Mobilizing workers to actively produce
Ms. Nguyen Thi My Linh (Juki Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Ho Chi Minh City) - said that at first, she never thought she could be in the ranks of the Party.
"The advantage is that my family has a member in the Party, that is a great motivation because I also wish that one day I could be like my brothers and sisters. When the company's union introduced me to attend the Party affection class, I was very happy and proud" - Ms. Nguyen Thi My Linh said.
Ms. Nguyen Thi My Linh believes that Party organizations in enterprises, especially foreign-invested enterprises, play an important role. Not only mobilizing outstanding workers to join the Party, the Party organization also helps workers clearly understand the policies, laws and policies of the State, creating peace of mind at work. Therefore, she always tries to propagate, mobilize and introduce the elite to the Party for consideration and admission.
Ms. Nguyen Thi My Linh recalled that at first, the mobilization work was very difficult, because some workers had not yet strived to be admitted to the Party. Many workers have asked "What can I get into the Party?".
Some people are hesitant because of the background check procedure. For me, joining the Party is to contribute, practice and keep myself from temptations. Thanks to the regular propaganda and education work of the Trade Union, many workers have changed their awareness and strived to become party members" - Ms. Linh shared.
Ms. Linh said that many foreign-invested enterprises hesitate to establish a Party Cell, considering this a sensitive political issue and often delaying the reason of having to ask for permission from the parent company. To resolve this, grassroots trade unions persistently propagate, mobilize and create sympathy with businesses through practical activities such as organizing emulation movements, encouraging workers to actively produce, accompanying and supporting businesses to improve productivity and labor quality.
