Over the past time, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation has directed trade union levels to innovate the content and methods of propaganda, linking studying and following Uncle Ho with emulation movements for good labor, creative labor, and technical improvement in enterprises and agencies and units.
Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation - said that in the past 5 years, implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW and directives and guidance documents of the Central Government and the province, Trade Union levels in Ninh Binh province have widely deployed studying and following Uncle Ho associated with the implementation of political tasks, patriotic emulation movements and trade union activities.
Studying and following Uncle Ho does not only stop at awareness but gradually becomes a conscious and regular action of each official, union member, and employee; concretized by practical actions in labor production, work, life and in trade union activities.
Trade union levels in Ninh Binh province have organized more than 1,600 conferences and thematic activities on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, creating clear changes in the awareness and actions of union members and workers. Studying and following Uncle Ho is no longer just a formality but has become a regular task, associated with professional tasks and daily production.
The highlight is that the movement has created a strong spread in labor practice. Ninh Binh province has recorded more than 43,000 initiatives, technical improvements, and production rationalization that have been effectively applied; along with hundreds of practical projects and tasks at the grassroots level. Many initiatives have directly contributed to improving productivity, product quality, and reducing costs for businesses.
At many businesses, the movement has truly become a driving force to encourage workers to strive to rise up, improve production processes, improve skills and income. Thereby, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the locality, while affirming the role of trade union organizations in the new era.
In parallel with the production emulation movement, studying and following Uncle Ho also contributes to building a civilized, disciplined, and responsible working environment. Many good models and effective practices have been replicated at grassroots trade unions, creating a connection between workers and businesses, and between union members and trade union organizations.
The movement to study and follow Uncle Ho among workers in Ninh Binh is clearly showing its effectiveness when concretized by practical emulation movements, close to the life and work of workers and laborers. This is also the foundation for building a team of workers with discipline, creativity and more responsibility in the new development stage" - Mr. Long shared.
Also according to Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Hai Long, in the coming time, trade union levels in Ninh Binh province will continue to make studying and following Uncle Ho a central content, associated with building office culture, corporate culture and improving the quality of union members and workers. At the same time, focus on commending and replicating advanced examples, creating a stronger spread throughout the system.
