Working at CosMOS1 Technology Co., Ltd. since 2008 in the field of Precision Engineering, with many outstanding contributions and achievements in production, Ms. Dang Thi Luong was assigned by the Company's Board of Directors to hold the position of Deputy Head of the hoanishment Department.
Before that, Ms. Luong had 3 years as Head of the Completion Team - the team with the largest number of female union members with 126 members, the rest were nearly 600 male union members.
With her dedication and responsibility to her work, Ms. Luong is always exemplary and takes the lead in all activities and training for workers to follow. In particular, over the years, her initiatives have helped businesses save production costs, improve product quality, and contribute to a safe and effective working environment for workers.
Specifically, in 2022, Ms. Luong was commended by the Company for her outstanding achievements in participating in the conversion project to reduce the production stage of trong leg passes, saving 62 million VND for the company.
In 2023, she was rewarded for her achievements in helping the company reduce costs by more than 253 million VND, increase the competitiveness of the product and the achievement in helping the company reduce costs by more than 203 million VND, making it easier for workers to operate.
Also in 2023, Ms. Luong was honored to receive the Creative Labor Certificate from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Then, in 2024, Ms. Luong was continuously commended and rewarded by the Company for her initiatives and achievements in increasing product output, saving the company more than 50 million VND, nearly 197 million VND, more than 71 million VND and nearly 14 million VND respectively.
"I myself have always researched and evaluated to come up with innovative initiatives with economic value. From 2020 to now, each year I have had at least 2 innovative initiatives with economic value for the Company. In addition, each month, at least 1 proposal on risks for the Safety Committee will be proposed to improve the working environment, helping to eliminate potential risks of work accidents, making the working environment more and more friendly and safe to help staff feel secure in production" - Ms. Luong is proud.
Actively building the movement "Good at public affairs, good at home affairs"
Ms. Luong shared, "Good at public affairs, good at housework" is a movement that she always cares about, a movement that urges her to try harder every day to achieve her goals and improve herself. In recent years, she has always been evaluated by the Company's Trade Union to achieve the title of "Good at public affairs, good at home affairs". In particular, she always calls on the women in the department to register for the goal to achieve.
During the year, 80% of female union members of Ms. Luong's management department registered to achieve the title of "Good at public work, good at housework". There has been 1 union member of the department receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial Labor Federation, 4 union members receiving a certificate of merit from the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union; 15 union members receiving a certificate of merit from the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union...
"To be worthy of the title of "Good at public affairs, good at housework", along with constant efforts in production work at the company, at home I always spend time and effort to raise healthy children, teach good children, always respect the elderly and be friendly with neighbors" - Ms. Luong confided.
Ms. Luong and her husband are both workers, in addition to working hours, they also take advantage of the opportunity to cultivate 5 sao of rice fields and raise chickens and pigs in their hometown to increase their income. Along with that, the couple lives with her father-in-law and mother-in-law who are over 80 years old, she herself always devoted herself to taking care of her parents, being loved by her parents and relatives.
"I myself am always enthusiastically participating in Trade Union activities, proactively participating in building and contributing opinions on methods and methods of implementing Trade Union activities to suit the characteristics of the grassroots. At the same time, actively study the thoughts and aspirations of female workers to promptly reflect and propose that the Trade Union and the Company pay more attention to female workers, such as adjusting working hours and rest time or regimes for female workers after giving birth..." - Ms. Luong shared.
