Ms. Nguyen Thoai Trinh has been associated with Dream An Giang Co., Ltd. for many years. In the role of Managing the Compliance Department (CSR), she directly organizes and implements many internal audit activities, maintaining the effectiveness of important international standards such as ISO 9001:2015, Disney ILS, Sedex, SMETA, GRS, SCAN, NBCU... contributing to enhancing prestige, competitiveness and building a sustainable business image in the international market.
Not only good at her profession, Ms. Nguyen Thoai Trinh also always proactively researches, innovates, and proposes many initiatives that bring practical efficiency to businesses. In the period 2023-2025, the "Electricity saving in production" initiative has helped the company reduce costs by more than 80 million VND per year; the "Reusing printed and photocopied paper" model contributes to raising awareness of combating wastefulness throughout the unit. From that thought, she chaired the negotiation, signing and effective implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement with many clauses that are more beneficial to workers such as: improving the quality of meals, supplementing travel allowances, attendance, supporting female workers raising young children, single mothers; improving working conditions through installing cooling and ventilation systems in production departments; adjusting midday break times to suit actual working conditions.
Not stopping there, she also proactively proposed to increase the level of support for union members in difficult circumstances from 5-10 million VND/person, and at the same time mobilized the Board of Directors of enterprises to support additional resources to increase the value of caring for union members. Many cases of workers encountering unexpected difficulties have been promptly supported, helping to stabilize their lives and feel secure at work.
In parallel with material care, Ms. Trinh also focuses on the spiritual life of workers. The monthly collective birthday model for 100% of union members being maintained regularly has become a meaningful activity, creating a connection between workers and trade union organizations and businesses. At the same time, she also effectively maintains two-way information channels such as suggestion boxes, internal Zalo groups to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, contributing to limiting labor disputes from early and remote.
