On November 30, the Trade Union of Sao Ta Food Joint Stock Company announced that the unit had successfully organized the 1st Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
During the term, the Executive Committee (EC) of the grassroots trade union participated with employers in implementing well activities to care for the lives of union members and workers, especially welfare regimes.
The company ensures occupational hygiene and safety; pays bonuses to employees' children with achievements in studying and giving gifts on International Children's Day 1.6, Mid-Autumn Festival; spends supporting wedding gifts for couples working together in the company; spends visiting sick workers and those in difficult circumstances; spending on funerals; spending on maternity support, giving gifts to women on International Women's Day; organizing annual vacations for employees... with a total amount of over 21 billion VND.

Every year, the Trade Union launches and organizes the implementation of the "green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" movement; "Innovation, creativity, efficiency" to promote initiatives, improve working style and reform administrative procedures. Thereby, contributing to improving productivity - quality - efficiency, creating jobs to increase income, and improving the lives of union members and employees.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL), Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation - acknowledged and commended the efforts and determination of the collective of the Sao Ta Food Joint Stock Company Trade Union, especially the activities of caring for members and employees that are very practical.
Entering the new term, the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation proposed that the Trade Union focus on improving the quality of the Trade Union staff, especially the skills of dialogue, negotiation, communication and movement organization; Expanding welfare for employees, proposing more policies to stabilize income, housing, means of transportation, long-term security; Caring for female workers, creating conditions for female workers to develop their careers, balance family and work; Closely coordinating with the Board of Directors, ensuring a safe working environment, improving productivity and product quality.

The Executive Board of the Trade Union of Sao Ta Food Joint Stock Company was appointed to include 13 members, Mr. To Minh Dong was appointed as Chairman of the company's grassroots trade union, term 2025 - 2030.
