In the period of 2023 - 2025, the grassroots trade union has 165 union members (77 men, 88 women). During the term, the number of union members fluctuated because some workers retired under the regime or quit at personal wishes. To date, the Union has a total of 150 union members (66 men, 84 women), reaching 100% of the Company's employees. Union members are active in 4 Trade Union Groups and 1 Departmental Trade Union.

Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the company's Trade Union determined to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation to build an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements of political tasks associated with the production - business goals of the enterprise. The union will further promote its role as a representative, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; at the same time, proactively participate in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations throughout the company.

In the new term, the Trade Union sets a target of 95% - 100% of union members being propagandized, learning, and thoroughly grasping the Party's Resolutions, the State's legal policies, and the Resolutions of the higher-level Trade Union; continuing to effectively implement the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style according to the theme each year.
Along with that, the Trade Union strives for 99% of union members to be considered for the title of Advanced Worker; build grassroots unions and 100% of union groups to achieve the title of "Completing tasks well"; at the same time, mobilize 100% of eligible workers to join the grassroots trade union organization.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City, President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation acknowledged and praised the results that the Company's Trade Union has achieved in the past term. At the same time, he suggested that the Company's Trade Union in the new term should focus on four key orientations.
The Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation emphasized the need to maintain the role of representing and caring for union members and workers with heart and responsibility; elevate the team of union cadres - courageous, capable and prestigious; manage union finances in a transparent, standard and for union members direction; continue to accompany businesses in the context of restructuring.

The Congress elected 5 comrades to the Executive Committee of the new term Trade Union; elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Can Tho City Trade Union, term 2025-2030. Mr. Le Minh Huy was re-elected as Chairman of the Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
