At the conference, Ms. Phi Thu Huong - Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department, Vietnam General Confederation of Labour announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on the transfer and appointment of Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.
The decision was signed by Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang.
According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front: Transferring and appointing Mr. Tran Vu Ha, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Science and Technology Union to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, Agency of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the term of appointment is 5 years from January 1, 2026.
Awarding Decisions, flowers, and giving speeches assigning tasks to Mr. Tran Vu Ha, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour emphasized that, implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in scientific and technological development, innovation, creativity and national digital transformation, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour has identified digital transformation in trade union activities as one of the important breakthroughs - thereby creating a strong and comprehensive transformation in all areas of organizational activities; based on the digital technology platform associated with administrative reform;

Therefore, when receiving the task of Deputy Head of the Trade Union Working Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Mr. Tran Vu Ha needs to promote his experience and knowledge to work well with the collective of the Trade Union Working Committee to perform the tasks assigned by the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, including science and technology development and digital transformation...
The Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour requested officials and civil servants of specialized departments of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, especially the collective of the Trade Union Working Committee, to unite, coordinate, and help Mr. Tran Vu Ha develop his capacity and successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour in the near future.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Tran Vu Ha respectfully thanked the guidance, assistance, and trust of the Standing Committee of the VGCL Presidium. Mr. Tran Vu Ha promised to try his best, wholeheartedly, responsibly, flexibly, and creatively to quickly approach new tasks, in order to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
