    On October 19, the Bai Chay Ward Trade Union, Quang Ninh Province held its 1st Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

    In the 2023 - 2025 term, Bai Chay Ward Trade Union activities have achieved many outstanding results, such as: The emulation movement, caring for union members' welfare has many innovations with typical programs such as: "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", "Union Member Welfare"...

    Trade unions are increasingly affirming their role as representatives and protectors of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

    In the new term, the congress set targets, including developing at least 2,000 more union members, 100% of enterprises with 25 or more employees to establish trade unions, 85% of grassroots trade unions applying digital transformation...

    The Congress announced the decision to appoint 7 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030.
