The Congress was attended by representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Party Committee, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Xanh Ward and 70 delegates, representing more than 1,400 union members in the area.
In the period of 2023-2025, the Cao Xanh Ward Trade Union and grassroots trade unions have closely followed the direction of the Provincial Federation of Labor and local Party committees, promoting the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, and creativity in performing tasks, achieving many outstanding results.
100% of public service units organize conferences for cadres, civil servants, and workers. Over 70% of non-state enterprises organize labor conferences. The grassroots trade unions have conducted good periodic dialogues, signed collective labor agreements, and built harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Labor safety and hygiene work has been effectively implemented, with over 95% of grassroots trade unions responding to the "month of action on occupational safety and hygiene". The whole ward currently has 28/total of 51 enterprise unions with a network of occupational safety and hygiene workers; during the term, there were no occupational accidents or occupational diseases.
For the 2025-2030 term, the Cao Xanh Ward Labor Union determined to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; build a strong organization; better represent and care for the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; contribute to building an increasingly beautiful, civilized, humane and happy Cao Xanh Ward.
Strive to have at least 200 new union members by 2030; 100% of enterprises with 25 or more employees establish union organizations; 85% of units and enterprises are eligible to sign collective labor agreements; 82% of grassroots unions apply information technology and digital transformation in activities.
At the Congress, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Cao Xanh Ward, term I, 2025-2030, consisting of 7 comrades. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa is elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Cao Xanh Ward Trade Union.
