On the morning of February 28, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) - visited and encouraged union members and workers returning to work after the Lunar New Year at Ha Thanh Fashion Joint Stock Company, Hoang Van commune (Bac Ninh).
Also attending were Mr. Thach Van Chung - Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF), Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hoang Van commune.
Over the past time, despite being affected by market fluctuations, Ha Thanh Fashion Joint Stock Company has maintained stable production activities, ensuring jobs, income and fully implementing regimes and policies for more than 1,000 employees working at the enterprise. In 2025, the enterprise achieved revenue of 561 billion VND, profit of 25 billion VND; average income of employees reached 12.5 million VND/person/month, Tet bonus of 12-15 million VND/person.
The company's grassroots trade union promotes its role as a bridge between businesses and employees, actively caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members. Speaking at the program, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - congratulated and acknowledged the comprehensive and outstanding results achieved by Ha Thanh Fashion Joint Stock Company in production, business and care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu affirmed that trade union levels always pay attention to and allocate many resources to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances. Practical visits and support activities not only help workers reduce difficulties but also create motivation to feel secure in working and long-term attachment to the business.
Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor wishes workers and employees of Ha Thanh Fashion Joint Stock Company to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, catch up with work right from the early days of the year; apply technology, improve skills, well comply with labor discipline, actively compete in labor production, contributing to improving productivity, product quality and building sustainable business development.
At the same time, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu requested business leaders to continue to pay attention to improving the working environment, taking care of life, and ensuring welfare regimes for workers. Trade union levels in Bac Ninh province continue to better perform the function of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; especially paying attention to difficult cases, people with dangerous diseases, and families with husbands and children who are sick for a long time.
On this occasion, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu and leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation presented gifts to Ha Thanh Fashion Joint Stock Company; presented 100 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances working at the company, each gift including gifts and 500,000 VND.
