Caring for workers from health to spiritual life
At PV Power, comprehensive care policies for employees have become a bright spot, shared proudly by the members themselves.
According to Ms. Trinh Thi Xuan Lien - expert in PV Power Human Resources Organization Department, during her time working at the corporation, she found that the health of employees has always been cared for, cared for and put first by the company.
" 100% of employees receive annual health check-ups. In addition, the corporation always maintains a pharmacy at the Corporation's Office, equipping with first aid equipment and medicines: supporting the distribution of eye drops (red eye pain). The company also organizes employees of seasonal influenza vaccination agencies ( influenza)... to provide regular health care and provide gifts to employees on business trips" - Ms. Lien said.
As a female employee, Ms. Trinh Thi Xuan Lien sees that the corporation always ensures priority policies for female workers.
In addition to health care, Mr. Nguyen Sy Luong - specialist of PV Power Construction Investment Department - said that the corporation also pays special attention to encouraging the spiritual life of employees.
Mr. Nguyen Sy Luong said that in 2024, although the implementation of production and business targets was very difficult, the corporation still ensured commitments to employees, maintained welfare policies and regimes for employees, and some policies were implemented at a higher level.
For example, in 2024, the corporation organized 4 overseas tours for employees in the following countries: Japan, Korea, China, Dubai, left many impressions and increased solidarity and attachment for employees in the system, thereby truly creating motivation and encouraging employees to work enthusiastically and stay with the corporation for a long time.
In addition, the cost of supporting workers to go abroad has also increased compared to last year, said Mr. Luong.
Promoting trade union activities in enterprises
Implement the emulation program " Oil and Gas Innovation" for the period 2024 - 2028 according to Program No. 186/CTr-CDDK launched on April 9, 2024; implement the emulation agreement launched by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union; employees of the entire corporation actively participate, as of November 10, 2024, with 101 ideas and initiatives posted on the software for managing Oil and Gas innovation products for the period 2024 - 2028, reaching 224.4% of the plan assigned in 2024.
The General Corporation Trade Union and grassroots trade unions have well implemented No. 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo on "Innovation of organization and operation of Vietnamese delegations in the new situation", introducing to the Party for consideration and admission of 31 outstanding union members to the Party (as of November 5, 2024).
With the support of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union, in compliance with the leadership of the corporation's Party Committee, in coordination with the facilitation of the corporation's executive board, the support of the leaders of member units and affiliated units, promoting the capacity and capacity of the grassroots Trade Union and the team of union officials in the corporation. Trade union activities closely follow the production and business activities of the corporation, propose programs and plans in accordance with the reality of the corporation and units.
