Quang Ngai organizes training conference, professional development for trade union work

Quang Ngai - Training class to share knowledge and practical experience to help Trade Union officials meet the requirements and tasks of the new stage.

On September 16, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation organized a training conference and professional development for trade union work in 2026 for trade union organizations at all levels in the area.

The 2026 training program is carefully developed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, focusing on core, current and practical issues.

That is to thoroughly grasp the major strategic orientations of the Party, the Fatherland Front at all levels and the Trade Union organization. In which, focus on studying new thinking and major contents of the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.

The mandatory and key requirement is to closely link trade union activities with the digital transformation roadmap, in order to modernize operating methods, helping trade unions access and interact more quickly and effectively with union members.

The training class specifically guided the innovation of performing the task of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. The conference focused on innovating collective bargaining skills, signing collective labor agreements, and clearly defining the responsibilities of grassroots trade unions.

The conference is also an opportunity to share good lessons, creative models as well as bottlenecks at enterprises and units of grassroots trade unions to jointly find appropriate solutions and build progressive and harmonious labor relations.
