On August 27, at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Trang Bang ward (Tay Ninh), Verrerie Co., Ltd. held a Congress to establish a grassroots Trade Union with the participation of all 21 workers and employees working at the company.
Verrerie Co., Ltd. is a 100% Chinese-invested enterprise, operating in the field of manufacturing and processing garments, located at Lot A17. 5, C1 street, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Trang Bang ward, Tay Ninh province. The company started operating from November 2025, currently has a total of 21 employees.
In the process of mobilizing the establishment of grassroots Trade Unions, the Mobilization Committee has propagated and helped workers better understand the Trade Union organization as well as the rights and benefits when participating. As a result, all 21 workers of the company voluntarily applied to join the Trade Union and agreed to organize a Congress to establish grassroots Trade Unions according to regulations.
At the Congress, workers expressed their desire to be linked in an organization to take care of and support each other in the process of working and professional activities; at the same time, aiming to build businesses to develop and improve material and spiritual life.
The Congress unanimously approved the list of 3 candidates for the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, including Vuong Thi Le Trinh, Bach Van Sang and Tran Thi Hoa Mi. Ms. Vuong Thi Le Trinh holds the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union; Mr. Bach Van Sang is the member in charge of inspection work.
