The Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) and Bibica Joint Stock Company have just held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement to implement a welfare program for union members and workers in the province.
According to the agreement, union members and employees directly under the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation when purchasing Bibica's products and services through the welfare program will enjoy preferential prices, reduced from 15% to 30% compared to the market.
In addition to the price reduction policy, the two sides agreed to coordinate in giving gifts to support workers on holidays, Tet and important events. A regular information exchange mechanism is also established to promptly remove obstacles, thereby ensuring practical benefits for union members.
Before the signing ceremony, the working delegation of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation surveyed the reality and visited the confectionery production line at the Bibica Joint Stock Company factory in Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park, My Yen commune.

At the factory, the working delegation directly observed the stages from processing raw materials, processing to packaging finished products. The enterprise also introduced the machinery system, quality management standards and food safety and hygiene control procedures being applied.
Through surveys, the Provincial Labor Federation has more practical basis to assess the quality of goods expected to be included in the welfare program. The delegation also acknowledged working conditions and labor safety protection for workers directly involved in factory production.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Tran Le Duy - Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation - said that the signing is a step to concretize the program to improve welfare for union members and workers. Bringing essential, quality products at preferential prices to workers is expected to contribute to reducing spending pressure in daily life.

The agreement between the two units not only aims to reduce procurement costs for workers but also opens up an additional mechanism for coordinating care for material and spiritual life. This is identified as the starting point for coordinated welfare activities in the coming time.
