GNK Hardware Plastic Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) is a 100% Hong Kong (China)-invested enterprise, operating in the field of manufacturing plastic products. The company is located at the factory in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Trang Bang ward, Tay Ninh province. The company started operating in October 2023 according to the business registration certificate. To date, the company has a total of 102 employees.
In the process of mobilizing the establishment of grassroots trade unions, the Mobilization Committee has propagated and helped workers better understand the Trade Union organization, the rights and benefits of participating in the Trade Union, as well as the rights and responsibilities of union members.
As a result, all 102 employees of the company voluntarily applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union and agreed to organize a Congress to establish a grassroots Trade Union according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the congress, union members agreed to establish the grassroots trade union of GNK Hardware Plastic Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), and at the same time requested the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation to consider, recognize and continue to support the grassroots trade union to soon go into operation.
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the term 2026-2030. The list of candidates includes 3 people: Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh Nhu, Mr. Vong Nhoc Nam and Mr. Le Thanh Tam.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh Nhu holds the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union. The Inspection Committee includes 3 members: Mr. Vong Nhoc Nam, Mr. Doan Tran Minh and Mr. Bien Duc Tri; in which Mr. Vong Nhoc Nam was elected Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
