Mr. Do Huu Huynh was born in 1994, when he received the title "Capital's Excellent Worker" in 2025, he had just joined Vietnam Technical and Industrial Group Joint Stock Company more than 1.5 years ago. The working time was not long, but Mr. Huynh quickly affirmed his capacity and prestige. From the position of technical team leader, after only nearly a year of work, Mr. Huynh was trusted to be appointed Deputy Head of Production Department.
Prominent in Mr. Huynh is the unremitting effort, learning spirit and passion for creative labor of a young craftsman. Many times Mr. Huynh forgets to eat, stays up all night just to complete the design with his brothers, find ways to optimize the process to meet delivery schedules. For Mr. Huynh, it is both passion and responsibility because according to him, each perfect product is not only the result of personal labor but also the common pride of the collective.
In his work, Mr. Huynh always values meticulousness, concentration and work with the highest sense of responsibility. This is basically due to Mr. Huynh's own awareness but also partly trained in the working environment.
Because in an environment that requires high technology - the precision and automation mechanical industry, the key factor to complete the job well is to master technical drawings, choose suitable processing methods, understand the characteristics of materials and master modern machinery.
In the field of CNC, it is a technical field that uses computers to automatically control tool machines (convenient, milling, drilling, cutting...) for precise mechanical processing, only a small error of one thousandth of a millimeter can cause the product to be damaged, causing waste of raw materials and time.
Mr. Huynh is a person who does not stop at completing tasks well but always researches and improves techniques to improve productivity and product quality. One of Mr. Huynh's outstanding initiatives is to improve the specialized armory for large-scale production orders. Before improvement, each processing only created one product and one person could only operate one CNC machine, causing low productivity and waste of human resources.
After applying his initiative, one load can process 8 products simultaneously; at the same time, one worker can operate 3 CNC machines at the same time. As a result, output increases, human resources are optimized, and costs are significantly reduced. Mr. Huynh also has an initiative to improve processing technology for products that have high requirements for size and appearance.
Previously, individual processing of each detail caused low productivity, short machine running time and difficulty controlling errors, causing waste. After he proposed changing the process, the product was processed in clusters, many details on the same material sheet, helping the machine run continuously, output increases, accuracy is higher and time and manpower are saved. These initiatives not only bring clear economic benefits to businesses but also demonstrate the creative thinking and innovation spirit of workers in the 4.0 era.
Speaking about success in his work, Mr. Do Huu Huynh humbly said: "I think there is no shortcut to success, only perseverance, passion and a sense of responsibility for the job. I always keep in mind that, no matter what position you are in, do your best, because that is the way to show love for the profession and dedication to the collective.
It can be seen that Mr. Do Huu Huynh's working and dedication has shown the spirit of creative labor and that is also a demonstration of the will to rise up of young workers in the Capital. His initiatives and efforts not only contribute to improving production and business efficiency for businesses but also spread the belief and aspiration for innovation to the young generation of workers.
Before being recognized by the Hanoi Labor Federation as "Capital's Excellent Worker" in 2025, Mr. Huynh was honored by the Board of Directors and the Company's Trade Union with the title "Bright Star" in 2024, along with many other certificates of merit recognizing his contributions to the overall development of the enterprise.
Honored to be "Capital's Excellent Worker" - a noble award for typical workers who have many initiatives and creativity in production, the responsibility will also be higher. Therefore, Mr. Huynh will constantly strive to rise up.
