On June 30, the Trade Union of Rach Dua Ward (HCMC) said that it had coordinated with the Working Group No. 5 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) to hand over the "Trade Union Shelter" which had just completed repairs to a family of union members in difficult circumstances in the area.
Previously, through surveys, it was recorded that union member Tran Van Toan (belonging to the grassroots Trade Union of Thien Nam Positioning Joint Stock Company) is in difficult circumstances and has low income. The house where union member Toan and his family resided has deteriorated but there are no conditions for repair and renovation. Therefore, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation has supported this union member to repair the house from the funds of the "Trade Union Shelter" program.
After completing the repair, representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation and Rach Dua Ward Trade Union proceeded to hand over the house, and together sent congratulatory gifts to union member Tran Van Toan's family. Hopefully, the spacious house will contribute to helping union members and their families reside safely, stabilize their lives and feel secure in working and working.
According to the Rach Dua Ward Trade Union, this is a deeply humane activity, showing the practical concern and care of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers; at the same time, spreading the spirit of solidarity and mutual affection.
Each "Trade Union Shelter" awarded is not only a house built or repaired, but also sharing, adding faith and motivation for union members to overcome difficulties, rise up to stabilize their lives, and continue to be attached to businesses and the Trade Union organization.
