On the morning of June 12, Area Management Working Group No. 9 organized a professional training conference on women's work in 2026 combined with a program to care for union members' children who achieved the title "Good at studying - Well-behaved".
Attending the program were Mr. Dang Tan Dat - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of Area Management Working Group No. 9; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai An - Member of the Inspection Committee, Deputy Head of Area Management Working Group No. 9; along with representatives of commune and ward trade unions, grassroots trade unions, and female officials.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai An acknowledged and praised the efforts of the female trade union officials at grassroots trade unions in the past time. At the same time, oriented some key tasks in female trade union work in the coming time, contributing to improving the quality of activities, better caring for the material and spiritual life of female union members and workers.

At the conference, delegates listened to speakers deploying the topic "Female workers' work at grassroots trade unions in 2026". The training content focused on updating new regulations, professional guidance, skills in organizing female workers' activities and sharing practical experiences to improve operational efficiency at the grassroots level.
In addition, the conference also spent time for trade union officials to exchange, discuss, share difficulties and obstacles and propose solutions in the process of implementing women's work at the unit.
Also at the program, the Organizing Committee commended the children of union members and workers who achieved the achievement "Good at studying - Well-behaved" in the 2025-2026 school year. In addition, the children participated in fun games, collective exchanges and received meaningful gifts from the Organizing Committee. The activity not only created a useful playground, helping them have fun and connected experiences, but also showed the concern of the Trade Union organization for the young generation, contributing to encouraging them to continue striving in their studies and training.

The program closed in a joyful and excited atmosphere, contributing to improving knowledge and skills for female officials, and at the same time affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members, workers and union member families.
