The training conference on trade union accounting regime and guidance on using trade union accounting software, Mini App software of Bac Ninh Trade Union was co-organized between the parties: Hiep Hoa Commune Trade Union Standing Committee, Hop Thinh Commune Trade Union, Xuan Cam Commune Trade Union, Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation.
At the conference, nearly 200 Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and grassroots trade union accountants were informed of contents such as: Instructions on how to log in to the grassroots trade union accounting software account, declare initial information on the trade union accounting software, enter the beginning-of-year balance, enter trade union financial revenue and expenditure data;
Guiding the regime of trade union accounting, guiding the preparation of estimates, finalization of financial revenue and expenditure of grassroots trade unions... and implementing documents related to financial work issued by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
At the same time, delegates were also guided in detail, practiced directly on the Mini App of Bac Ninh Trade Union software and answered many opinions and problems arising during the implementation process at the grassroots level.
Through the training class, it has equipped the team of grassroots trade union accounting officials to master basic knowledge about financial work as well as skills in using grassroots trade union financial software, gradually contributing to improving the efficiency of management and use of grassroots trade union financial resources on the software system.
At the same time, strengthen awareness of the position and role of trade union organizations in the political system, constantly improve the quality of trade union activities at the grassroots level, and gradually meet the requirements and tasks of the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in the new situation.
In the training program, Hoa Thinh Commune Trade Union also announced the decision to establish 5 grassroots trade unions, and at the same time presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances belonging to newly established grassroots trade union companies.
