On the afternoon of September 18, the Trade Union of Thu Dau Mot Ward (HCMC) held a launching ceremony and awarded decisions to establish grassroots trade unions (CĐCS), grassroots trade unions in the area.
Attending the ceremony were Ms. Nguyen Thuy Minh Ha - Member of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of Area Management Team No. 8 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation; Mr. Pham Van Nong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Thu Dau Mot Ward; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong - Head of the Management Board of Thu Dau Mot Market, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Tien - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Thu Dau Mot Ward.
At the ceremony, the organizing committee announced the decisions of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation on the establishment of the Grassroots Trade Union of Xuan Oanh Trading - Service One Member Limited Liability Company, the Grassroots Trade Union of Thu Dau Mot Ward Public Service Supply Center, the Grassroots Trade Union of Van Phuc Loc Law Company Limited and the decision to establish the Grassroots Trade Union of Thu Dau Mot Market Small Traders. At the same time, announced the decision to establish the Executive Committee of Grassroots Trade Unions and the Grassroots Trade Union of Thu Dau Mot Market Small Traders.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Minh Ha - Member of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of Area Management Team No. 8 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation acknowledged the efforts of the Trade Union of Thu Dau Mot Ward in implementing the task of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions.
Ms. Nguyen Thuy Minh Ha proposed that grassroots trade unions and Thu Dau Mot Market Small Traders Trade Union quickly stabilize their organizations, go into operation, and promote the role of a bridge between businesses, units and workers. Step by step build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, contributing to promoting sustainable development of units. Grassroots trade unions and trade unions will be the home to share and care for union members in difficult circumstances.
