Establishment of 5 grassroots trade unions with many union members in Quang Ngai

    Quang Ngai - The establishment of grassroots trade unions aims to represent and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

    On September 3, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation held a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members and establish grassroots trade unions at 5 enterprises in the area.

    Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation decided to recognize union members for 37 workers at Truong Thinh Energy Joint Stock Company and 26 workers at Hang Thuan Tay Nguyen Co., Ltd.

    At the same time, the Provincial Labor Federation decided to recognize union members for 24 workers at Trung Viet Co., Ltd.; 6 workers working at Vietnam Herbal Medicine Cooperative and 5 workers at Hai Lien KT One Member Co., Ltd.

    At the ceremony, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation presented 10 gifts to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND.

    The establishment of grassroots trade unions aims to represent and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and at the same time contribute to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
