Attending the conference were Mr. and Mrs. Dang Thi Phuong Hoa - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City; Le Dinh Hung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Permanent Vice President in charge of the Hanoi City Labor Federation; Doan Duc Han, Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Vice Presidents of the Hanoi City Labor Federation: Nguyen Huy Khanh, Nguyen Thi Thu Thu Thuy and Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Deputy Head of the Management Board of Hanoi City High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks, along with Chairmen of grassroots Trade Unions of Hanoi City High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks.

Ms. Le Thi Kim Diep - Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Labor Federation on the establishment of the Hanoi City High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks Trade Union, and announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and key positions.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Hanoi High-Tech Park and Industrial Park Trade Union consists of 18 people; the Inspection Committee consists of 5 people.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Confederation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Hanoi City High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Here, the Hanoi City Labor Federation announced the results of the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in Hanoi City High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks.
The City Labor Federation has admitted 3 new grassroots unions with a total of nearly 200 union members in enterprises without a union organization. In addition, 10,000 more union members were admitted to units that already have trade unions.

On this occasion, the Hanoi City Labor Federation presented 50 gifts, each worth 1 million VND in cash and a gift bag worth 300,000 VND, to workers in difficult circumstances working in high-tech parks and industrial parks in the city, demonstrating the concern and support of the Trade Union organization for the lives of workers.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang affirmed that he will work with the Executive Committee to unite, unify, focus on innovating the content and methods of operation, and effectively carry out a number of key tasks.
Including directing the successful organization of the 1st Hanoi High-Tech Park and Industrial Park Trade Union Congress and the 2025 - 2030 Grassroots Trade Union Congress; focusing on performing well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
