Attending the ceremony was Mr. Tong Van Bang - Member of the Presidium, Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

The announcement ceremony took place with the presence of Mr. and Mrs. Le Dinh Hung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Permanent Vice President in charge of the Hanoi City Labor Federation; Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy - Vice President of the City Labor Federation and representatives of 34 established grassroots unions.
34 grassroots trade unions receiving the Decision to establish have 2,126 union members.
After receiving the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union, Ms. Cung Thi Quynh Hoa - Deputy Head of the Station, Chairwoman of the Vinh Tuy Ward Health Station Trade Union respectfully thanked the City Labor Federation for its guidance, support and facilitation.
Ms. Quynh Hoa said that in the coming time, after being established and stabilizing the organizational apparatus, the Vinh Tuy Ward Health Station Trade Union will actively coordinate with the government to promptly resolve the legitimate aspirations of union members.
Speaking to representatives of grassroots trade unions that received the Decision to establish, Mr. Tong Van Bang highly appreciated the coordination to establish grassroots trade unions at the unit. The established grassroots trade unions demonstrate concern to ensure the legitimate and legal rights of union members and workers, while building stable and sustainable labor relations.
According to Mr. Le Dinh Hung, in the past, the staff of the Hanoi City Labor Federation have worked regardless of working hours and days off to ensure work progress, especially the establishment of grassroots unions. Currently, the City Labor Federation manages 6,413 grassroots unions.
