"We have absolutely requested that people not enter the forest or stream at this time; carefully inspect 23 households with 186 people in A'ur village to be ready to evacuate when heavy rain continues" - Mr. Briu Quan said.

In the border commune of La De, the storm watch force has been assigned to be on duty 24/7. Roads at high risk of landslides were blocked and warned early. The leader of the People's Committee of La De commune affirmed: "If there is heavy rain, we will immediately evacuate people from the danger zone, prioritizing absolute safety for the people".
The Military Command of Ben Hien commune also urgently inspect areas at risk of landslides and flooding, prepare temporary shelters, and be ready to receive people in case they have to be evacuated urgently.
Commune and ward leaders are directly responsible
On the same day, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued urgent dispatch No. 06/CD-UBND requesting the entire system to "not be subjective, not to be passive or surprised", and implement the plan early - from afar.
Da Nang leaders emphasized: "This is a strong storm, the speed of movement is twice as fast as normal. Localities must take direct responsibility to the city if they let people face risks due to subjectivity in response".

The Border Guard, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and localities count 100% of vessels, promptly notify the storm's developments; provide instructions on safe shelters, and may limit/ prohibit the sea depending on the situation.
Establish checkpoints at landslides and overflowing culverts, strictly prohibit traffic; prepare rescue forces and means to evacuate people for emergency evacuation; support harvesting agricultural products, anchoring cages, absolutely do not let people stay on cages.

The Department of Construction directs drainage, operation of flood prevention pumping stations, pruning branches, and bracing trees to ensure smooth traffic. The Electricity closely monitors the situation, prioritizes power supply for flood prevention and rescue points.
Proactively let students take a day off on September 29 depending on developments; prepare medicine, chemicals to treat the environment; ensure food, drinking water, and essential fuel.
Reservoirs - hydropower plants are on duty 24/7, monitoring floods, operating correctly, promptly informing downstream; calculating scenarios for regulating the reservoir to ensure absolute safety for downstream.
According to the Border Guard, there are currently 96 ships operating in the area affected by storm No. 10, including: Gia Lai 49 ships, Da Nang 4 ships, Quang Ngai 41 ships, Dong Thap 1 ship. Localities urgently call on vessels to leave the affected area.
