    Hai Phong - In the afternoon of April 17, the City Labor Federation organized a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Trade Union of Opticking-Raylink Technology Co., Ltd.

    Opticking-Raylink Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Trang Due Industrial Park, Hai Phong, specializing in manufacturing information fiber optic cables and fiber optic jumpers. The company started operating in June 2025.

    At the conference, representatives of the Industrial Park Trade Union Board presented the decision of the City Labor Federation on establishing the grassroots Trade Union of Opticking-Raylink Technology Co., Ltd.; admitting 216 trade union members.
