On July 20, the Party Committee of Bai Chay ward organized a conference to announce decisions to establish Party organizations in non-state enterprises in the area.
Mr. Vu Quyet Tien - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee - attended and directed the conference.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Bai Chay Ward Party Committee announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Non-state Enterprise Bloc of Bai Chay Ward. This is a grassroots party committee directly under the Ward Party Committee, including 17 party cells with 274 party members.
Announcing the decision to establish 3 Party organizations, including: Party Cell of Gia Minh Quang Ninh Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company with 8 party members; Party Cell of Sun Hospitality Group Co., Ltd. - Ha Long Branch with 7 party members; Dongsim Kindergarten Ha Long Kindergarten Party Cell with 3 party members.
Decisions appointing secretaries, deputy secretaries and Party committees of Party organizations were also announced. The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Non-State Enterprise Bloc of Bai Chay Ward includes 7 comrades.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Bai Chay Ward - was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Non-State Enterprises Bloc of Bai Chay Ward.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Bai Chay Ward Party Committee announced the decision to receive the Party Cell of Vimaflour Flour Production Co., Ltd. from the Yen Hoa Ward Enterprise Party Committee, Hanoi city, to be directly under the Bai Chay Ward Party Committee, Quang Ninh province.
