On the morning of July 20, a working delegation of the Ministry of Finance led by Mr. Tran Quoc Phuong - Deputy Minister of Finance - worked with Quang Ninh province on the preparation for organizing ministerial-level conferences in APEC Vietnam Year 2027.
Mr. Le Van Anh - Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee - received and worked with the working delegation.
The Finance Ministers' Meeting is one of the activities within the framework of APEC Vietnam Year 2027 hosted by Vietnam.
The conference is scheduled to take place in Quang Ninh in October 2027, with the participation of 21 delegations from APEC member economies, along with 10 delegations from international organizations and guests.
At the working session, the working delegation of the Ministry of Finance and Quang Ninh province exchanged and agreed on contents related to reception and foreign affairs work; facilities; halls serving conferences and sideline activities; medical work; mobilizing officials and volunteers; organizing cultural and artistic activities; information and propaganda; decoration and celebration.
On the same day, the working delegation of the Ministry of Finance surveyed the facilities at a number of locations expected to serve ministerial-level conferences in APEC Vietnam Year 2027.
