On August 25, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to announce the decision to establish 9 grassroots trade unions in Dong Van III, Dong Van IV and Hoa Mac Industrial Parks.
Accordingly, 9 grassroots trade unions were established, including: Khoi Nguyen Aluminum Co., Ltd., Dihong Vietnam Packaging Products Co., Ltd., Global Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), Nam Long Plastic Wood Trading Production Co., Ltd., Thu Duc Mechanical and Electrical Joint Stock Company Branch, Eliteam Metal Technology Co., Ltd. Vietnam, APM Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company, Nanofrance High-Tech Production Co., Ltd. and Yongtai Co., Ltd.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions contributes to expanding the Trade Union organization, developing union members, improving the effectiveness of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
