On July 31, at Bao Minh Industrial Park (IP), the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation (LDF) organized a conference "Listening to union members and workers speak" in 2026.
At the conference, 16 union members and workers raised 21 recommendations, focusing on issues of employment, wages, insurance, labor safety, welfare regimes and Trade Union activities. Many opinions proposed ensuring overtime pay in accordance with regulations, handling social insurance debts, increasing the value of meals to 22,000 - 25,000 VND, increasing gasoline and housing support, taking care of female workers...
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized that the conference "Listening to union members and workers speak" is an important dialogue channel, showing the spirit of receptiveness and responsibility of the Trade Union organization in listening to and promptly grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers.
The Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation requested departments, branches, units, and businesses directly involved to promote the spirit of responsibility, focus on listening to and answering specifically and thoroughly the contents under their authority right at the conference. At the same time, requesting the Conference Organizing Committee to strictly compile fully and accurately the opinions and recommendations of workers; monitor and supervise the progress of resolution and regularly inform and respond to the results to union members and workers, ensuring that the legitimate and lawful rights of workers are concerned and resolved promptly.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation presented 50 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, with a total value of 50 million VND to union members and workers in difficult circumstances at some businesses in Bao Minh Industrial Park.
