The Steering Committee for establishing the grassroots Trade Union has just coordinated with the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation to organize the Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Thuan Thanh Phat Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company.
Thuan Thanh Phat Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company is a 100% domestically invested enterprise, operating in the field of producing pesticides and other chemical products used in agriculture, located in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Trang Bang ward, Tay Ninh province. The company registered to operate from March 2022, currently has 28 employees working.
Attending the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union, along with representatives of the Mobilization Committee for establishing grassroots trade unions and company employees.
Recognizing the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises, the Steering Committee for establishing the grassroots Trade Union of Thuan Thanh Phat Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company has organized propaganda and mobilized workers to learn about the functions and tasks of the Vietnam Trade Union, as well as the rights and responsibilities when participating in the Trade Union organization.
Through the process of mobilization, 28 employees of the company voluntarily wrote applications to join the Vietnam Trade Union. Employees all agreed on the establishment of grassroots trade unions to create conditions for union members to participate, contribute opinions, and at the same time be cared for and have their legitimate rights protected during the working process.
At the Congress, the Mobilization Committee reported on the results of the process of mobilizing workers to join the Trade Union, the preparation for establishing the grassroots Trade Union and the list of voluntary union members to participate. The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Thuan Thanh Phat Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company.
As a result, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy was trusted and elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Thuan Thanh Phat Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company contributes to expanding the Trade Union organization in non-state enterprises, promoting the role of representing and accompanying employees and businesses in building a stable and developed working environment.
