On February 26, the Ha Tinh Employment Service Center said that there are currently 101 businesses in the area registering to recruit nearly 8,300 workers. Of which, university degrees require 316 people, college - intermediate level 1.472 people and general labor accounts for a large number with 6,488 people.
Recruitment demand is concentrated in the fields of industrial production, garment, steelmaking, logistics and services. Some businesses with large demand such as VinFast Production and Trading Joint Stock Company recruit about 3,000 workers; Hung Nghiep Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Co., Ltd. recruits 800 workers; Fivestar Ha Tinh Garment Joint Stock Company needs 1,000 workers; Haivina Hong Linh Co., Ltd. recruits 500 workers.
At Duc Tho Industrial Cluster, Song La Xanh Packaging Joint Stock Company currently has hundreds of workers working with an average income of nearly 9 million VND/person/month. To meet the orders at the beginning of the year, the business needs to recruit 50-60 more workers. However, recruitment is still difficult because a part of young workers choose to work in big cities or go to work abroad.
Ha Tinh Employment Service Center said that recruitment demand is high and will continue to increase as many large-scale industrial and service projects are about to go into operation. This not only creates more jobs but also requires skilled, technical and highly qualified workers.
In that context, workers need to proactively update market information and improve vocational skills to meet recruitment requirements. On the business side, ensuring stable salaries, benefits and a stable working environment will be key factors to attract and retain human resources, creating a foundation for the sustainable development of the Ha Tinh labor market in 2026 and the following years.
