At Haivina Kim Lien Co., Ltd., nearly 2,300 workers returned to production on the morning of February 23 to meet the progress of the first orders of the year.

From the morning of February 23, leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation were present at some businesses to wish Tet and give lucky money to workers. Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation - gave lucky money of 100,000 VND to 100 workers of Cypress Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. (WHA Industrial Park); Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation - gave lucky money to 100 workers of Viet Glory Co., Ltd.
Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation also grasped the production and business situation; jobs, income of workers and encouraged emulation to complete tasks in 2026.
According to Mr. Kha Van Tam, in 2025, the lives and jobs of workers in the province are basically guaranteed; many businesses implement higher welfare regimes than the provisions of law. In the context of increasingly fierce labor competition, workers have more opportunities to choose suitable jobs.
Currently, Nghe An has about 17,500 operating businesses, creating jobs for more than 400,000 workers, with an average salary of about 7.1 million VND/person/month.
