Notice of receiving applications to participate in the EPS Program only for employees who have permanent residence registration in Hanoi City.
I. Exam conditions:
1. General conditions
Workers registering to take the Korean language exam for the original industry in 2026 must meet the following conditions: From 18-39 years old; no criminal record of imprisonment or heavier legal penalties as prescribed by law; never deported from Korea; if they have ever resided in Korea (including legal and illegal residence) under E9 visa (EPS worker) or (and) E10 visa (fishing vessel crew member), the length of residence must be less than 5 years; not prohibited from leaving Vietnam; no relatives (father, mother, biological child; brother, sister, sibling; wife or husband) are illegally residing in Korea; healthy enough to work in Korea; not suffering from syphilis, pulmonary tuberculosis, no color blindness, dysphoria; workers with severed or amputated fingers or injuries, spinal defects are still eligible to register for the exam, however, the recruitment consideration will be based on the results of the skill test.
Meeting one of the following conditions: (1) Employees who are eligible for registration in the reception period from April 15, 2026 to April 17, 2026 but have not yet registered. (2) For employees who have participated in the Korean language exam for manufacturing and manufacturing industries in 2024 and 2025 but do not meet the requirements with a Korean language exam score of 90 points or higher: in 2024 reaching from 90 points to 145 points; in 2025 reaching from 90 points to 175 points; in 2024 reaching 150 points or more and in 2025 reaching 180 points or more but not meeting the requirements of the skills test round (excluding employees who are eliminated due to color blindness, then dysphoria). (3) Employees who have participated in the selection of the original industry in 2025 and completed the training course (excluding employees who did not enroll in school, were eliminated due to poor awareness, or were enrolled halfway).
II. Registration period: From May 18, 2026 to the end of May 20, 2026 (3 days)
(Morning: from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM, afternoon: from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM)
III. Registration receiving location: Hanoi Employment Service Center, No. 144 Tran Phu, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi City.
IV. Documents employees must bring when registering:
Application form (to be issued at the receiving location); 1 portrait photo size 3.5x4.5cm (taken within the last 3 months, borderless, clean and clear photos, unedited, using white background, wearing dark-colored shirt);
.JPG extension of portrait photo (corresponding to the photo pasted on the application) and ID card photo to prepare the Korean language exam application after preliminary selection.
VNelD application to determine the permanent residence address information of employees.
Workers belonging to the above-mentioned subjects who wish to register for the Korean language exam directly come to the Hanoi Employment Service Center to register, without asking someone to register for them or through any intermediary organization or individual.
