Implementing the plan to send workers to Korea to work under the EPS Program, based on the reception plan of the Korea HRD, the Overseas Labor Center announced the plan to organize orientational education training before leaving the country for Course K08-SN06/2025.
1. List of workers arranged to participate in orientation education
+ Workers in the Primary Industry project: See again Colab.gov.vn.
2. Carry out necessary procedures, confirm the desire to perform the contract with the Korean enterprise and fulfill financial obligations:
- Pay the dispatch fee in Vietnamese currency equivalent to 630 USD and the visa application administrative fee of 390,000 VND to the Department of Home Affairs of the province or city where the application is submitted to confirm the desire to perform the labor contract signed with a Korean enterprise.
- Prepare an amount of 100 million VND to deposit after completing the orientation education course.
- Health examination costs; dormitory and food costs paid directly to the service provider.
3. Orientation education plan:
3.1. Location, time of training and training organization
- Training period: from April 1 to April 11, 2025;
- Time to complete the admission procedure: 15:00 Monday, March 31, 2025;
- Training location: Training facility of the Overseas Labor Center (Do Ha village, Tien Phong commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi city).
3.2. Prepare the following documents and items:
- visa application: According to the announcement of the Korean Embassy, from March 14, 2025, the application for a Korean entry visa must use the Judicial Record No. 2 signed by a judicial officer (no electronic signature will be accepted).
+ Print, fill in all information and bring the visa application documents (according to the form on the website www.colab.gov.vn, form download), Judicial Record Certificate No. 2 (1 original) and a passport valid for over 1 year to submit to the Overseas Labor Center for visa application procedures.

+ Prepare 4 portrait photos with the following formats: White background, wearing a shirt of a different color to the background color, unedited, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm;
+ Prepare a 2-sided photocopy of the CMND/CCCD;
+ Prepare clothes to layer on every day: pants, white shirt, shoes or rear-wrap sandals.
4. In case of request for postponement of participation in orientation education
Employees who cannot participate in training due to force majeure must provide complete information according to the form to submit to the Department of Home Affairs of the province/city for synthesis and notification to the Overseas Labor Center.
