On June 16, Hanoi Employment Service Center organized a large-scale online job fair, connecting 8 provinces and cities including: Hanoi, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Bac Kan, Thai Binh, Quang Ninh and Ninh Binh. This trading session was organized synchronously through the Hanoi Job Exchange system.
According to statistics from the Organizing Committee, the trading session attracted the participation of 128 enterprises with 96,046 recruitment positions. In particular, Thai Nguyen leads in human resource needs with 21 registered enterprises with a total of 70,578 job positions. Some other localities also have a large number of recruitment such as: Bac Giang (7,694 targets), Bac Ninh (6,130 targets) and Thai Binh (5,930 targets).

In terms of income, positions with a salary of VND15 million/month or more account for 305 targets (20.6%), mainly positions that require high expertise, experience and working ability in a stressful environment.
Positions with a salary of 10 to 15 million VND/month account for 349 targets (23.6%), usually management, business or department head - deputy head positions.
The income level from 7 to 10 million VND/month is recorded as the highest with 426 targets (28.8%), suitable for skilled office positions, accountants, and technicians.
Positions with an income of 5 to 7 million VND/month account for 268 targets (18.1%), often seasonal jobs, part-time jobs or for new graduates, general workers.
In addition, there are 130 targets with agreed salary levels, which will be negotiated depending on the candidate's ability during the interview.
In addition, out of a total of more than 96,000 recruitment positions in this trading session, the demand for unskilled labor recruitment absolutely dominated with 94,509 targets.
